The variety and scope of the environment Jubilee offers will truly set it apart and make it an appealing environment for residents to live, work and play in. It will have lakes and ponds throughout our community for fishing, picnicking or just relaxing; twenty miles of trails – paved and natural – for hiking, biking and jogging; and large natural parks, playgrounds, swimming pools and pocket parks adjacent to each neighborhood. This community will also feature a working farm, an equestrian center, community gardens, farmers’ markets, schools and a medical campus. And tying it all together will be a multi-gig fiber optic internet infrastructure to deliver great connectivity for work, school and entertainment.
The unique village center is at the heart of Jubilee. Residents, neighbors and visitors will enjoy leisurely strolls around town, visiting restaurants and shops, or popping in an office to get some work accomplished. Concerts in the park, feeding ducks in the pond or casual walks through charming neighborhoods all are part of our unique timeless lifestyle at Jubilee.
Jubilee is the place where our residents and visitors will be able to walk to get a cup of coffee in the morning, or to go to dinner or to window shop in the village center. Or how about walking your kids to school before walking to your office? Jubilee will have over 20 miles of walking and biking trails, and pocket parks within a block of virtually every home. In other words, Jubilee will be a community that is connected – physically and technologically.
Jubilee will have literally over 100 parks. Large active parks with ball fields, playgrounds and tennis and pickleball courts. Smaller passive parks, many within sight of virtually every house, will allow opportunities for quiet reflection and connecting with nature. With over 1,200 acres dedicated to greenspace and wetlands, nearly 50% of Jubilee will remain in a natural state.
