Building a

Community

Jubilee is envisioned not as a development, but as a community: a community built around a walkable village center surrounded by a diverse range of housing and shops; a community that will be environmentally sensitive, using land as greenspace and wetlands; a community of timeless design, offering our residents as well as our neighbors a wide range of amenities. Parks ponds, lakes and pools, along with active recreation features embedded within each neighborhood will be linked together via a vast network of miles and miles of paved and unpaved trails that wind through the park system, offering opportunities for hiking, biking and strolling.

And so

Much More

New jobs will offer the opportunity to create a medical campus, accessible schools, and infrastructure investments to address local challenges of traffic and stormwater abatement. This significant positive economic impact along with a wide range of housing will attract doctors and other health care workers, teachers and our cherished military community.

“A community is the mental and spiritual condition of knowing that the place is shared, and that the people who share the place define and limit the possibilities of each other’s lives. It is the knowledge that people have of each other, their concern for each other, their trust in each other, the freedom with which they come and go among themselves.”
